And it's arguably better than no redeeming qualities and nothing to offer... At least you have insight into when your therapist is potentially spouting cliches. You have to pin them down at that stage - grill them to make sure they weren't just thinking about their next coffee-break. Like "What qualities?" And at least you have a therapist . In the UK system, it's anywhere between 2 months to one year wait for an NHS therapist - probably to make sure you're either better/have fully responded to medication/dead before they have to see you. And then after all that waiting, you only get 6-8 sessions. Insane! Keep us posted. But it could be true. And it’s arguably better than no redeeming qualities and nothing to offer…
